GReen Space Beutification Project
Marinella Ferrari-Bridgers, class of 2027
Marinella coordinated with the NYC Parks Department to start an ongoing campus beautification project to revitalize campus street trees and garden spaces with stewardship practices and the planting of native species. Working with alumni Emelyn Joy Talento from SEEDS and alumni Peter Manos Geography Department’s Greenbelt Society, Marinella was able to create an ongoing partnership between students and city governance.
